How long Does it take You to Really Wake Up?

How long does it take you to clear out the sleep fog when you wake up?
If it takes so much time for your body system to get started, then exercising in the morning before you start your day is ideal and will enhance your day. A short walk or a few jumping jacks can be enough to restart your brain.
Exercise will get you set for learning throughout the day and enable you to get past mental fatigue and afternoon slumps  Driving or other physical activities that requires coordination between the hand-eye or other complex motor skills is beneficial for brain building.
