Do you massage or scrub your teeth ?


Brushingthe teeth is a good practice to avoid cavity or decay. Hence, it is recommended that you brush up to 2 minutes and twice daily. When you brush, do not brush too hard by applying too much pressure, and avoid using hard toothbrush. Either of these practices can damage your teeth and irritate gums.
What to do: Get a soft toothbrush, don’t scrub or apply excessive pressure.
