At forty-six, most people believe she looked 15years younger or more. Currently starring in the season movie, “Shades of Blue”, Jennifer Lopez commonly called J.lo turned 46 July 2015 yet retains her charming looks. What do you think?
One of her top secrets is having protein shakes in the morning; she believes taking shakes in the morning is key to a great day. “Whilst women age, they need more protein” . She is no doctor or medical practitioner  but in a bid to live healthy, J.lo has had several trainings and presently partners with a company on weight loss program.

3 cups strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 Scoop Vanilla Tasty Shake
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup ice cubes
