Company targets can boost your immune

Did you know that you can get stressed watching a movie, yet some stress can be healthy? Researchers say some form of acute stress is beneficial.

Research found that stress from engaging in stressful tasks like trying to meet a deadline may strengthen your body’s immune system while exposure to stress that must be endured passively  such as watching a violent video weakened immunity. This was measured by salivary concentration of sIgA, a major immune factor.

These results suggest that minor mental challenges and dead-lines at work could help strengthen your body’s defenses.
